Bake & Quality Check
Baking happens in our dedicated kitchen. Every batch is tasted, weighed, and inspected before packing. Allergen protocols are followed rigorously β separate equipment, separate surfaces, documented checks.
Delivery or Collection
Refrigerated delivery across Wales, or collection from our bakery at 83 Brent Road. Event orders include setup assistance at no extra charge for venues within 25 miles.

We do not operate on volume logic. Our kitchen runs two shifts β morning breads and afternoon patisserie β so every product gets full attention. The flour we use comes from a single Welsh mill that stone-grinds heritage grain varieties. Our butter is from a Pembrokeshire dairy that still churns in small batches.
This matters because flavour is not an afterthought. Industrial baking relies on additives to simulate what real ingredients deliver naturally. We have no need for dough conditioners, artificial preservatives, or flavour enhancers. The result is bread that tastes like bread, cake that tastes like cake.

By using bakingdominion.sbs and engaging our baking services, you agree to these terms. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Baking Dominion. Prices quoted are valid for 14 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated.
Payment terms: a 50% deposit is required upon order confirmation for event baking. Recurring supply invoices are issued weekly, payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly surcharge.
We warrant that all products are prepared in a food-safe environment in compliance with UK food hygiene regulations. However, once goods leave our premises or our approved delivery vehicle, we cannot guarantee storage conditions and therefore cannot accept liability for spoilage caused by improper handling after delivery.
Intellectual property in our recipes, designs, and branding remains with Baking Dominion. You may photograph our products for personal use but may not reproduce our recipes or designs commercially without written permission.
