By using bakingdominion.sbs or placing an order with Baking Dominion, you agree to the following terms. All orders are subject to availability and our confirmation. Prices quoted are estimates; final pricing is confirmed in your written proposal.
Cancellation of confirmed orders must be communicated at least 7 days before the agreed delivery date. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a charge of up to 50% of the quoted price to cover ingredients already procured and labour committed.
Delivery is arranged at the time of order confirmation. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Allergen information is provided upon request; clients are responsible for communicating dietary requirements at the time of ordering.
